1. Do you accept OEM orders?

Yes,we do and 80% orders of our factory are OEM orders.

2. Can you customize own brand or design?

Yes, we can customize your own brand and design.

3. How many pieces can do custom logo?

It depends on designs,MOQ from 25pcs to 500/1000pcs.

4. Which part can you do custom?

Custom logo style (printing,embroidery,rubber patch,leather patch,metal logo),custom zipper, custom lining,custom
packing and full custom design Contact to get real custom examples and videos!!!

5. What is the sample lead time?

For regular sample orders, it will take 3-5 days even with your logo on.
For OEM/ODM sample orders, it will take 5-10 days or even more (depends on your request).

6. What is the production lead time?

The quantity and the OEM request verifies the lead time.
Normally, it will take 15-25 days for regular orders while it will take 25-40 days for your special request (depends on
your request).

7. What is your payment terms?

Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for Customization orders. 100% payment by T/T, Alibaba trade assurance or Paypal before shipping for Ready To Ship orders.
